Thanksgiving in July Turkey Wrap Recipe

No way could I roast a turkey in this weather, but the craving for a turkey dinner with all the fixings just wouldn’t go away. Necessity being the mother of invention, I came up with these turkey wraps!

Ingredients

1 lb. deli roast turkey, sliced
4 tortilla wraps
1/2 C. cranberry sauce, jellied or whole berry
4 tsp. mayo
Buttered croutons

Directions

Lay out the 4 tortillas spread with 1 tsp. of mayo on each. Divide the turkey among the 4 tortillas and top with cranberry sauce and croutons. Wrap, eat and give thanks you didn’t have to put the oven on!
