Eggplant Casserole Recipe

This is a casserole version of eggplant parmesan that is much easier that the traditional way! Still the same great taste.

Ingredients
1 1 1/4 lb. eggplant
Salt
4 oz. Swiss cheese, shredded
1 C. grated Parmesan cheese
3 medium tomatoes, sliced
Pepper
1/4 C. butter
1 C. (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1 C. seasoned bread crumbs
