Under beef+ casseroles+ hamburger+ quick and easy
This is a very simple and cheap recipe to make for a main meal during dinner time. I use to make this in college and I still love it.

Ingredients
1 lb. pkg. of egg noodles
2 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
2 jars of your favorite spaghetti sauce
16 oz. shredded cheese, any kind
Directions
Pour egg noodles in a large pot, add water to cover noodles and heat to boiling. Drain noodles when they are done. Poor noodles back into pot, add cooked ground beef and spaghetti sauce. Stir until everything is blended well. Spoon enough mixture into a 9×13 casserole or cake pan to fill it half full. Sprinkle half of the shredded cheese over mixture. Add a second layer of mixture and sprinkle more cheese over the top. Place in a 400-degree oven for about 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Under pasta
There are only two of us and I love spaghetti. I also needed something inexpensive to take to pot lucks or serve to a large group. Everyone that has eaten this likes it and usually ask for the recipe. Since there is only two of us, sometimes I divide this into three loaf baking dishes and freeze two of them(when frozen add 15 min to baking time) and only bake one for us.
