Roast on a Budget Recipe

Easily made, inexpensive and feeds the family twice. Servings depends on size of roast.

Ingredients
2-3 lb. roast (beef, pork, or wild game)
2 pkg. brown gravy mix
1 pkg. beef stew mix
1 Tbs. minced garlic w/juice
2 carrots, sliced or diced
1-2 green bell peppers
1/2 onion
3 green onions
6-7 small red potatoes, whole or quartered or 2 cubed russets
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp. Tony Chachere’s Creole Seasoning
Water
