1/3 pkg. dumpling noodles (cooked according to package)
1/4 lb. ground beef
1/2 sm. bell pepper, chopped
1/2 10 1/2-oz. can cream of mushroom soup
1/3 15-oz. can whole-kernel corn
1/2 tsp. garlic
salt and pepper
