1 1/2 sticks plus 2 Tbs. butter or margarine, divided
1 small cabbage, chopped
2 onions, diced
3 C. mashed potatoes (6 to 8 potatoes)
9 lasagna noodles, cooked
1 lb. American cheese, shredded
