Hamburger Rice Casserole Recipe

This is something I make on a cold wintry night; the kids love it!

Ingredients
1 lb. hamburger meat, cooked and drained
1 C. rice, uncooked
1 10-oz. can cream of mushroom soup
1 med. onion, chopped
6 Tbs. soy sauce
2 Tbs. brown sugar
4 C. boiling water
salt and pepper to taste
