Under General+ chocolate+ dessert
I love these brownies. This is a great go-to recipe if you’re unsure of what dessert to make.

Ingredients
4 eggs, separated
1 stick butter
1 C. sugar
16 oz. chocolate syrup
1 C. and 1 Tbs. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. salt
Frosting:
6 Tbs. butter
6 Tbs. milk
1 1/2 C. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 C. chocolate morsels
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 12×15-inch baking pan. Beat egg whites in large mixer bowl until stiff. Remove from mixer and set aside. Cream butter in small mixer bowl. Add sugar and egg yolks, and beat until sugar is dissolved and mixture is fluffy.

Create the most dense and delicious pound cake imaginable, but don’t expect it to last long.

Ingredients
1 lb. Margarine at room temperature (do not use butter)
3 C. sugar
3/4 C. milk
6 extra large eggs
4 C. sifted cake flour
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Cream together the margarine and sugar. Add milk. Add sifted flour and eggs, alternating so that they are incorporated in 3 batches. Add vanilla.
Pour into a large round angel food pan that has not been greased. Bake for 1 1/4 to 1/ 1/2 hours. The top should have a crack in it. Remove from pan when cool.

This is a delicious summer dessert. It tastes like strawberry shortcake except better. It is so pretty if you layer it in a clear glass bowl. I always double the recipe because everyone usually wants a little more.

1 10-oz. pkg. sliced frozen strawberries
1 Tbs. sugar
1 pinch salt
1/2 10-inch angel food cake, torn into bite size pieces
4 oz. light whipped topping

Under cookies+ dessert
Adapted from the back-of-the-bag recipe, with no nuts and lots of chocolate chips. Not a recipe for flat and chewy cookies, these have a thicker consistency without being too dry.

3/4 C. granulated sugar
3/4 C. packed brown sugar
