Under beef+ budget cooking
This recipe is perfect for a large family, unexpected company or if you need a quick dinner. It not only tastes great but is inexpensive to make. It is also delicoius reheated as leftovers (even though I never have any leftovers!) Kids love it. My four would actually ask me to make it often and my four grandchildren are doing the same. Enjoy!

Under budget cooking+ leftovers+ stew
I had fixed a beef brisket with potatoes, carrots, and onions. Since there is only two of us, I had a lot leftover, not wanting the trash it, I froze it. I wanted a quick meal so I tried this and it was really good! The potatoes cooked up, causing it to get thick.

Under budget cooking+ pasta
There are only two of us and I love spaghetti. I also needed something inexpensive to take to pot lucks or serve to a large group. Everyone that has eaten this likes it and usually ask for the recipe. Since there is only two of us, sometimes I divide this into three loaf baking dishes and freeze two of them(when frozen add 15 min to baking time) and only bake one for us.
