Super Easy Peanut Butter Cookies Recipe

We used this recipe for snack time in the Alzheimers Unit and the residents loved it.

Ingredients

1 C. peanut butter
1 C. sugar
1 egg

Directions

Mix all ingredients and form small balls. place 2 inches apart on a cookie sheet. Press balls with a fork to flatten.

Bake at 350 degrees for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
