Shepherd’s Pie Recipe

It is very simple and easy to make and at the same time it is a full course meal in itself. It’s cheap too! I have never found anyone yet that did not enjoy it, I think you and your family will enjoy it too.

Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef or round steak
1 bag frozen mixed vegetables
1 med. onion, chopped
4-5 potatoes (mashed) or instant
soy sauce

Directions

Brown ground beef, saute in onion and vegetables, and add soy sauce to taste. Cook together until vegetables are done. Place in casserole dish. Cover top with mashed potatoes. Slide in heated oven about 425 degrees for about 10-15 minutes. Top with cheese if desired. Remove from oven and serve.
