Sausage and Potato Casserole Recipe

My mom use to make this sausage and potato casserole when I was a child as an easy one dish meal. It’s great.

Ingredients

6 med. potatoes, sliced thin
1 red onion, sliced into circles and separated
2 pkgs. maple flavored sausage, made into patties and cooked
3 cans cream style corn

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place a layer of potatoes into a rectangular cake pan. Use 1 1/2 cans of corn and spread over potatoes. Place a layer of onions. Place half of sausage. Repeat layers one more time: potatoes, corn, onions, sausage. Bake uncovered for 60-90 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
