Pork Steak Crockpot Roast Recipe

Very tasty pot roast made with a cheaper cut of meat.

Ingredients

1/2 C. seasoning salt
4-8 pork steaks
1 med. onion
10 med. potatoes
10 med. carrots
1 tsp. pepper

Directions

1. Rub  seasoning salt on meat and place in closed tupperware container —put in refrigerator over night.
2. Rinse with cold water and sear in fry pan putting small amount of pepper on top side—turn & sear top side also—stack in crock pot putting heaping tsp food processed (chopped) onion on each.
3. Peel potatoes & carrots —sprinkle very very lightly with salt
4. Place all ingredients in crockpot and cover. Cook on lowest setting overnight.
