Onion Pudding Recipe

Serve this onion dish as a side to roasted meats!

1 C. chopped suet
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 C. onion, put through chopper
1 1/2 C. flour
1/4 C. water

Mix salt, baking powder and flour. Add onion and water. Add suet. Put into a greased mold and steam for 1 hour. Serve with roast meats, if desired.
