Mighty Slow Cooker Meatball Stroganoff Recipe

Try out this easy meatball recipe in your slow cooker! While this isn’t your typical recipe with tomato paste (that is the true Russian way), I figured I couldn’t go wrong with mushroom soup, which my family loves plain or on any meat or starch.

Ingredients
1 lb. fresh or frozen meatballs (any type: beef, turkey, chicken)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 sm. can sliced mushrooms
1 tsp. onion powder
2 grinds black pepper
1 Tbs. dried parsley
8 oz. sour cream
Directions
If using fresh meatballs, be sure to fry or bake them up first until almost done. Add everything except sour cream to slow cooker. Depending on whether or not frozen or fresh, cook on high 2-4 hours. Serve over cooked buttered noodles, buttered rice or mashed potatoes with a tablespoon of sour cream (or more if you prefer) and parsley.
