Leftovers Stew Recipe

I had fixed a beef brisket with potatoes, carrots, and onions. Since there is only two of us, I had a lot leftover, not wanting the trash it, I froze it. I wanted a quick meal so I tried this and it was really good! The potatoes cooked up, causing it to get thick.

Ingredients
Left over beef brisket/roast with vegetables
2 cans beef broth
8 oz. frozen mixed vegtables
1 C. self-rising flour
1 Tbs. powdered beef bouillon
1/2 C. milk
Directions
Cut up brisket/roast into bite sized pieces. Put beef broth into lg. pan, and add beef with left over vegetables. Bring to a boil, add frozen vegtables. While waiting to boil, mix flour and bouillon, then add milk and drop by teaspoonful into boiling broth, turn down burner to simmer for 10 minutes uncovered, then 10 minutes covered. Serve.
