Hash N’ Eggs Recipe

I like quick and easy then out the door recipes. This on is great for the outdoorsman too!

Ingredients

1 can corned beef hash 
3-4 eggs 
cooking spray 
hot sauce (optional)

Directions

In a 10-inch non stick skillet sprayed with cooking spray, brown hash until crispy on the bottom. Flip over and make nests for eggs. Crack eggs into holes. Cover and cook until eggs are set (whites done, yolks soft) about 3 minutes. Keep an eye out that they don’t over cook. Serve with a little hot sauce, toast and preserves.
