Family Favorite Crockpot Potatoes Recipe

This is a favorite with my family and very easy to fix.

Ingredients

6-8 potatoes
1 pkg. frozen peas
1 can chicken and mushroom soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup

To taste:
onion powder or 1 onion
salt and pepper
Velveeta cheese
ham or sausage

Directions

Clean, peel and slice potatoes. On bottom of crock pot salt, pepper and onion powder for taste. Layer half of potatoes then half pkg of peas, then ham or sausage. Slice Velveeta cheese and cover layer.  Pour  soup and salt and pepper and onion powder to taste. Repeat layers and cook in crock pot for 4 hours on high or 6-8 hours on low.
