Egg Bake Recipe

My family and I really like this egg bake. We use it when we serve brunch and always get great reviews.

Ingredients

3 C. seasoned croutons
3 C. shredded cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
2 C. milk
10 beaten eggs
2 C. chopped bacon, ham or pork sausage (brown sausage and bacon)

Directions

Mix eggs, milk and soup well. Put croutons in bottom of a 9×13-inch pan. Cover croutons with cheese and meat. Pour egg mixture over all. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
