Cornflake Crumb Chicken Recipe

My sister in law taught me this tasty easy chicken recipe!

Ingredients

Chicken, cut up into quarters
olive oil
cornflake crumbs
salt
pepper
onion powder
garlic powder
oregano

Directions

Skin the chicken pieces. Baste them with olive oil on both sides. Pour cornflake crumbs into a plate, and dip each chicken piece to coat it on both sides. Place into baking dish. Discard any leftover crumbs. Sprinkle seasonings over the chicken to taste, and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
