Coleslaw Dressing Recipe

Crunchy coleslaw that has been said to be better then KFC’s. It takes minutes to make and goes with so many meals.

Ingredients

1 pkg. coleslaw cabbage (or 4 C. shredded cabbage)
1 C. light mayonnaise
2 Tbs. granulated sugar
3 Tbs. white vinegar

Directions

Place cabbage in large bowl. In small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar. Stir together until well blended. Pour dressing over cabbage and mix well. I pour about 1/2 of the dressing and mix it and then add more. You can shred your own cabbage if desired.
