Chicken with Mushroom Sauce Recipe

This is a quick meal that is kid friendly and gets better as a leftover, if they leave you any.

Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken (light or dark depending on your preference)
2 cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
2 cans milk
Frozen peas or green beans
2 Tbs. olive oil

Directions

Heat a deep frying pan with oil, add chicken and cook until done, about 10 minutes. Remove chicken from pan and allow it to cool. Add soup, milk and veggies to frying pan, mix and warm. When chicken is cool enough to handle, cut it into bite-size pieces, add back to pan. Cook to blend flavors. Serve over toasted bread or rice.
