Under budget cooking+ potatoes+ sides
I make this for every holiday dinner. My grandchildren love it so I make extra and the next day I microwave the leftovers or use the rest to make Shepherd Pie.

Ingredients
6-7 lg. yukon gold potatoes, peeled and diced
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. white pepper
4 Tbs. butter
3 oz. cream cheese
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
warmed milk
2 tsp. white or cider vinegar

This recipe is a variation on all the crockpot chilis out there. It’s a really big hit at family get togethers or pot lucks!

1 lg. can pork and beans
1 med. can lima beans
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. bacon
1 C. ketchup
1 med. onion
1/4 C. vinegar
2 Tbs. liquid smoke
