Ingredients
3 Tbs. extra virgin olive oil
3 garlic cloves, well diced
1/2 tsp. dry basil
1/2 tsp. kosher salt
1/3 Tbs. black ground pepper
1 16 oz. can crushed tomatoes
1 lb. shirmp, cleaned
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 C. heavy cream
Parsley for garnish
1 box spaghetti #9 or thinner if you like
