Under cheesy+ sausage
I’ve been making this dish since I was in Junior High School. My parents and siblings loved it then and my husband and children love it now. It is simple and economical to make and delicious to eat. Serve it with fresh fruit and you have a complete and hearty meal.

Ingredients
1 pkg. Kraft macaroni and cheese dinner
1 lb. smoked sausage, cut diagonally into 1-inch pieces
1 1/2 C. frozen broccoli florets, thawed slightly
1 C. green pepper strips
2 Tbs. green onion, sliced
1/2 tsp. dried oregano

1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
1 C. chopped green pepper
1 medium box wild rice

This is a tangy recipe that uses rice instead of spaghetti to make a spicy Italian Rice. The spices come from the sausage. Add a salad and some garlic bread and you have a hearty satisfying meal.
