Under budget cooking+ eggs
I have been making these deviled eggs for my family for years. I think the overall taste is smooth, creamy, and has a bit of a bite.

Ingredients
6 eggs
1 1/2 Tbs. mayonnaise
1 tsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. horseradish
paprika
Directions
Boil eggs for about 10 minutes. Let eggs set to room temperature. Rinse off in cold water, cut eggs in half lengthwise. Put yolks in a bowl. Mash down the yolks until they are all mashed. Add about a 1 1/2 Tbs.mayonnaise, about 1 tsp. of mustard, and about 1/2 tsp. of horseradish, mixed the ingredients all together and spoon in the mixture in the egg white halves. Add more ingredients if you think the texture is not smooth enough. These ingredients are estimated. You make them to your texture and your taste. Sprinkle paprika on the tops.

Under budget cooking+ eggs+ quiche
My mom started this recipe when I was just a toddler and used it up until she passed away and now I continue to use it for my kids and grandkids. It is very easy to make. Short time in cooking. it is good for breakfast, holidays or just a simple plain supper meal. The appearance is fluffy with a brown crust. Bubbly, very tasty. My family loves it any time.
