Ingredients
* 3 C. flour
* 5 tsp. baking powder
* 4 Tbs. sugar
* 3/4 tsp. salt
* 6 Tbs. vegetable oil
* 2 1/2 C. water
* 1 tsp. vanilla
* dash of cinnamon
Directions
Combine flour, baking powder, sugar and salt in medium bowl. Add vegetable oil, vanilla and water. Heat oil. Pour batter in pans and bake in oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Sprinkle tops with cinnamon.

Ingredients
* 2 pkgs. lg. lime gelatin
* 6 C. water
* 1 sm. container whipping cream
* 1 lg. pkg. cream cheese
* 1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drained
* 1 jar maraschino cherries, cut up
* 1 C. walnuts, crushed
Directions
Dissolve gelatin in 3 C. boiling water. Add 3 C. cold water and 1 C. pineapple juice. Chill in refrigerator until partially set. Whip the cream and add the soft cream cheese. Whip together. Add the gelatin and whip all together well. Fold in pineapple, cherries and walnuts to the preceding mixture. Put in a large ring mold. Put in refrigerator overnight. Unmold and put in platter.

Ingredients
* 3 1/2 C. buttermilk pancake mix
* 3 Tbs. sugar
* zest of one orange
* 1/4 C. unsalted butter, chilled and diced
* 3/4 C. whole milk
* 3/4 C. dried cranberries
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees, then mix pancake mix sugar, and orange zest in a bowl. Add pea-sized bits of butter into the mixture. Add milk, combine, and fold in cranberries. Dough will be sticky. Place dough on a floured surface and pat into a 4×16 inch rectangle. Cut into four 4×4 inch squares, then cut each square on a diagonal to create two triangles. Place triangles on a cookie sheet and bake for about 12 minutes or until golden.

Ingredients
3/4 lb. butter
1 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 1-lb. box powdered sugar
6 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. almond extract
3 C. flour
1/4 tsp. baking soda
Directions
Cream together butter and cream cheese. Add box of powdered sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, and blend well. Add flavorings. Put baking soda in flour and add to batter. Beat well until smooth. Pour batter into greased and floured 10-inch tube pan or 2 bread loaf pans. Bake in oven at 325 degrees for 90 minutes or until cake is golden.

Topping:
small box of sugar-free cheesecake pudding
1 C. milk
1 tub sugar-free Cool Whip
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake in sprayed 9×13 dish for 20-25 minutes and let cool.
Spread topping on top of the cake when cool.

1 C. shortening
1 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 egg
5 Tbs. cold water
Directions
Sift together flour and salt. Cut in shortening with a pastry blender until mixture resembles corn meal. Beat together egg, vinegar and water. Mix thoroughly into flour mixture. Turn out on wax paper and press into ball. Roll out on floured cloth.

1 qt. lime sherbet
Directions
Mix together pineapple juice concentrate, orange juice concentrate, water, milk, salt and sugar in large bowl. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Spoon sherbet into punch and stir slightly. Serve very cold, surrounded by crushed ice, if possible.

2 egg yolks
1 Tbs. sugar
2 Tbs. cognac
1 whole egg
8 oz. honey
ground walnuts
cinnamon
vegetable oil
Directions
Combine flour, eggs, sugar and cognac. Knead until firm. On floured board, roll out dough until thin. Cut in 3-inch strips and tie in knots. Deep fry in hot vegetable oil until slightly golden. Heat 8 oz. honey with 4 Tbs. flour and pour over ripples. Sprinkle with ground walnuts and cinnamon.

Ingredients
3 eggs, separated
2 C. milk, scalded
4-5 slices bread, day old
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 C. raisins
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 C. sugar
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut bread into tiny cubes and soak with raisins in scalded milk. Cool to lukewarm. Beat egg yolks and sugar until creamy, add vanilla extract and cinnamon. Blend with milk mixture in deep bowl. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Pour into buttered 8×12-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake in oven for 45 minutes.

Frosting:
6 Tbs. butter
6 Tbs. milk
1 1/2 C. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 C. chocolate morsels
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 12×15-inch baking pan. Beat egg whites in large mixer bowl until stiff. Remove from mixer and set aside. Cream butter in small mixer bowl. Add sugar and egg yolks, and beat until sugar is dissolved and mixture is fluffy.
