Under beef+ casseroles+ creamy+ hamburger+ meat+ potatoes
This quick and easy dish has a little bit of everything. With a combination of meal, potatoes, cheese and a crunchy topping it’s a great comfort food for those cold winter nights when you just want to curl up under a blanket and watch a good movie.

Ingredients
5 red potatoes, boiled and mashed
1 C. sour cream
2 Tbs. butter
1/2 C. Half & Half
Salt and pepper to taste
1 1/2 lb. hamburger meat
1 large yellow onion, chopped
2 tsp. Worchestershire sauce
3 Tbs. taco sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
2 C. cheddar cheese, shredded
1 12 oz. can French fried onions
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Ingredients
4 C. zucchini, shredded
1 large onion, chopped
4 C. smashed crackers
4 eggs
1 stick butter
2 Tbs. marjoram
1 1/2 C. mozzarella cheese, grated
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together. Spray a 9×13 pan and place ingredients in it and bake for 30-45 minutes or until done.

This is a very simple and cheap recipe to make for a main meal during dinner time. I use to make this in college and I still love it.

Ingredients
1 lb. pkg. of egg noodles
2 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
2 jars of your favorite spaghetti sauce
16 oz. shredded cheese, any kind
Directions
Pour egg noodles in a large pot, add water to cover noodles and heat to boiling. Drain noodles when they are done. Poor noodles back into pot, add cooked ground beef and spaghetti sauce. Stir until everything is blended well. Spoon enough mixture into a 9×13 casserole or cake pan to fill it half full. Sprinkle half of the shredded cheese over mixture. Add a second layer of mixture and sprinkle more cheese over the top. Place in a 400-degree oven for about 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.

1 medium bell pepper, chopped
1 medium tomato, chopped
1 can red kidney beans, drained
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1/4 - 1/2 C. bacon bits
1/4 C. sweet pickle relish
Dressing:
3/4 C. mayonnaise
1 1/2 tsp sugar
1/4 C. sweet pickle juice

This Mexican casserole can be made hot or mild by omitting a few ingredients. This doesn’t take long to fix but it’s very tasty. Replace beef with ground chicken or turkey for variation.

One day I was sitting and had a taste for stuffed cabbage, but after a long day I did not feel like starting such a large cooking adventure. So “voila” my casserole was born!

Ingredients
1/2 small head cabbage, shredded
1 large onion, shredded
1-1 1/2 lb. ground meat (use turkey for lighter version)
3 slices white bread, crusts removed
1 large egg
1/4 C. milk or water
2 C. cooked rice, cooled
1 large can diced tomatoes
1 small jar plain spaghetti sauce
Salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste
Directions
Put bread in a large mixing bowl and cover with milk. Let absorb for a while, then add egg, ground meat and seasonings. Mix until thoroughly blended.
