Cranberry Orange Scones Recipe

Ingredients

* 3 1/2 C. buttermilk pancake mix
* 3 Tbs. sugar
* zest of one orange
* 1/4 C. unsalted butter, chilled and diced
* 3/4 C. whole milk
* 3/4 C. dried cranberries

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees, then mix pancake mix sugar, and orange zest in a bowl. Add pea-sized bits of butter into the mixture. Add milk, combine, and fold in cranberries. Dough will be sticky. Place dough on a floured surface and pat into a 4×16 inch rectangle. Cut into four 4×4 inch squares, then cut each square on a diagonal to create two triangles. Place triangles on a cookie sheet and bake for about 12 minutes or until golden.

Breakfast Crepes Recipe

Ingredients

* 1 1/4 C. Swedish pancake mix
* 1/2 C. chives
* 6 large eggs
* 1/2 tsp. salt
* 1/2 tsp. pepper
* sour cream

Directions

Prepare pancake mix according to package directions. Let it thicken while you chop chives. Stir in chives. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-low heat and when pan is hot, pour in 1/4 cup of batter. Quickly circle batter around the skillet, creating a thin layer or batter over surface. Cook crepes on each side, but remove before browned. In a bowl, add eggs, salt, and pepper. Beat with a fork and pour into same pan over low heat. When eggs are done spoon eggs inside each crepe, spread sour cream inside, roll, and enjoy! Feel free to add your favorite cheeses or vegetables into the mix, as well.

Cheesy Beef and Mac Recipe

Ingredients

2 cans mushroom soup
2 C. shredded cheese (cheddar or Velveeta)
1 lb. cooked and drained ground beef
2 C. uncooked macaroni
2 C. milk
2 Tbs. minced onions
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Mix all together and place in a greased crock pot. Cook on low for 6 hours until pasta is done.

The Best Pancake Recipe Ever

Looking for that pancake with the perfect texture and taste? Look no further! Not to mention, these have chocolate chips and strawberries in them!

Ingredients

3 C .flour
6 Tbs. sugar
6 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3 lg. beaten eggs
6 Tbs. oil
milk - enough to make pourable - at least 2 1/4 C.

Mix ins:
chocolate chips
chopped strawberries

Directions

Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl. Add wet ingredients. Mix in enough milk to make the batter pourable.

Heat oil or margarine on pancake griddle. Add a ladleful of pancake batter. Throw in toppings such as chocolate chips and chopped strawberries. Heat each pancake 1-2 minutes until golden brown, flip and let the other side become golden brown. Serve.
