Ingredients
* 1 C. + 2 Tbs. all-purpose flour, sifted
* pinch salt
* 1 egg
* 1 1/4 C. milk
* 1/4 C. grated cheese
* 2 Tbs. grated onion
* 1/4 lb. noodles
* 2 Tbs. oil
Directions
Place the flour and salt in a mixing bowl. Make a batter by blending the egg and the milk, a little at a time. Stir in the grated cheese and onion, and let stand for 20 minutes. Break the noodles into short lengths and cook them in boiling, salted water for about 6 minutes. Drain thoroughly and add to the batter. Heat enough oil to grease the bottom of a skillet. Spoon the batter onto the pan to make a circle 4 inches in diameter. Cook gently until just set, then turn over and cook the other side. Repeat with the rest of the batter. Serve warm, with cream cheese and cranberry sauce.

Ingredients
* 1 1/2 lbs. zucchini, quartered
* 1 C. flour
* 1 egg
* 1 Tbs. water
* 1/2 tsp. salt
* fine bread crumbs
* 2 qts. vegetable oil
Directions
Roll zucchini in flour, then roll in a mixture of slightly beaten egg, water and salt. Roll in bread crumbs to coat thoroughly. Chill in refrigerator for 30 minutes. Drop a few at a time into deep heated oil at 350 degrees. Fry until lightly brown and drain on paper towels.

Ingredients
1 5.2-oz. pkg. garlic-herb cheese spread
3 Tbs. grated Parmesan cheese, divided
30 sm. fresh mushrooms, stems removed
fresh basil, thinly sliced, optional
Directions
In a small bowl, combine cheese spread and 2 Tbs. Parmesan cheese; spoon into mushroom caps. Transfer to a foil-lined baking sheet; sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned. Garnish with basil if desired.

Ingredients
1 C. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 C. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 14-oz. can artichoke hearts, drained, coarsely chopped
1 9-oz. box frozen spinach, thawed, squeezed to drain
1/2 C. chopped red bell pepper
1/4 C. shredded Monterey Jack or mozzarella cheese
2 10-oz. loaves French baguette, cut into 1/2-inch slices (toasted if desired)
Directions
Spray inside of 1- to 2 1/2-quart slow cooker with cooking spray. In medium bowl, mix mayonnaise and Parmesan cheese. Stir in artichoke hearts, spinach and bell pepper. Spoon into slow cooker. Sprinkle with Monterey Jack cheese. Cover; cook on low heat setting 1 hour to 1hour 15 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve warm with baguette slices. Dip is good for up to 3 hours.

Time Needed: 10 minutes preparation + 70 minutes cooking
Ingredients
1 bulb garlic, unpeeled
2 tsp. olive oil
1 15-oz. can great northern beans, drained, 2 Tbs. liquid reserved
3 Tbs. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
Chopped fresh parsley
4 pita brads, each cut into 8 wedges
Directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cut 1/2-inch slice off top of garlic bulb. Drizzle oil over garlic bulb. Wrap garlic in foil. Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until garlic is soft with pierced with a knife. Cool slightly, about 10 minutes. Squeeze garlic into food processor. Add beans, reserved bean liquid, lemon juice and salt. Cover; process until uniform consistency. Spoon dip into serving dish. Sprinkle with parsley. Serve with pita bread wedges.

two 10-oz. cans bean dip
one 1/2-oz. package taco seasoning
6 green chopped green onions
1 C. mayo
1 C. sour cream
1-4 1/2-oz. cans sliced olives
Directions
Combine bean dip and taco mix and spread in a 10″ pie plate. Sprinkle chopped green onions on top. Mix mayo and sour cream and spread over onions. Sprinkle olives on top. Chill and serve with tortilla chips.

Ingredients
36 wings, cut in half
1 1/2 C. ketchup
1 C. brown sugar
2 Tbs. vinegar
2 tsp. soy sauce
Directions
Parboil wings for 20 minutes and drain. Mix rest of the ingredients together. Pour sauce over wings and make sure wings are covered completely. Line cookie sheet with foil. Lay wings side by side. Pour excess sauce over wings. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Ingredients
2 lb. ground beef
1 large tomato, diced into small cubes
2 packets taco seasoning
3 C. shredded lettuce
2 bricks Philadelphia cream cheese
2 C. shredded Colby/Monterey jack
1 16 oz. sour cream cheese
1 16 oz. jar mild salsa
1 large bag tortilla chips
Directions
Brown beef on medium high heat. When almost cooked, add the packets of taco seasoning and mix well. Remove from heat and let cool. In a bowl, blend together the cream cheese and the sour cream. Once the beef has cooled, layer on the bottom of a 9×13 inch casserole. Layer the cream cheese and sour cream mixture over the beef. Followed by the salsa, tomatoes, lettuce and finishing it off with the Colby/Monterey jack cheese.

Ingredients
6 strips bacon, cut into thirds (18 pieces total)
18 1/2 inch cubes cheddar cheese
10 Brussels sprouts
1 1/2 Tbs. maple syrup
18 toothpicks
Directions
Fry bacon in a pan until done, but not crisp. Pour off all but about 2 Tbs. bacon fat. Trim bad leaves from sprouts and cut each one in half lengthwise. Saute in fat until tender and a little caramelized, but still firm enough to hold onto a toothpick. Skewer a sprout, a piece of bacon and a cheddar cube onto each toothpick and place on a serving plate. Drizzle with maple syrup and serve. These can sit out on your party table for up to 4 hours.
