Brisket Recipe

A great and tasty dish with the gravy included.

Ingredients

1 3-lb. brisket, excess fat trimmed 
1 pkg. onion soup mix 
1 can whole berry cranberry sauce

Directions

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Place brisket into baking pan. Spread onion soup mix over top, then pour cranberry sauce over entire roast. Bake for 3-4 hours or until tender.
