Beefy Macaroni Recipe

Twist it up from the ordinary macaroni and cheese!

Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
2 10 1/2 oz. cans beef broth
1 8-oz pkg. elbow macaroni
1 16-oz. pkg. pasteurized processed cheese product, cubed (i.e. Velveeta sells a package of their spread in cubed form)
1 C. salsa (mild, medium, or hot depending on taste)

Directions

Brown beef and drain. Add broth to beef in skillet, heat until boiling. Stir in macaroni and boil until noodles are tender, reduce heat and mix in cheese and salsa. Heat all the way through, stirring occasionally.
